Liberty Paving provides asphalt paving, concrete paving, resurfacing, sealcoating, and related services. Services are delivered according to written estimates, contracts, or project agreements provided to customers.3. Estimates and Agreements
• Estimates provided are valid for a limited time as stated on the estimate.• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, materials, or changes requested by the customer.
• Work will not begin until both parties have agreed to terms and scheduling.
4. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for providing site access and ensuring any required permits are obtained (unless otherwise agreed in writing).• Customers must disclose site conditions that could affect work, such as underground utilities or drainage issues.
• Delays caused by customer inaccessibility or unprepared sites may result in additional charges.
5. Payments
• Payment terms will be outlined in the written estimate or contract.• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to interest or collection costs.
6. SMS Consent and Communication

• Liberty Paving is not liable for damages caused by site conditions beyond our control, including weather, underground utilities, or pre-existing issues.• We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided under the applicable agreement.
8. Warranties
• Workmanship is guaranteed as specified in the written agreement or warranty statement.• Normal wear, weather conditions, heavy use, and lack of maintenance are not covered under warranty.
• Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
